Why families choose PebbleTracker

Built by parents who homeschool

The daily loop is designed around logging, not around a scoreboard.

Pick up on any device

Your family, logs, activity photos, and worksheet scans live with your account. Sign in and they are there.

No streaks or badges

No gamification. Just a calm place to keep what you did today.

How it works

A calmer daily loop

Three steps. No extra tabs for calendar or gallery — those now live in Journal.

Step 1

Open Today

Logging sits front and center. Pick a child and start from the screen you open most.

Step 2

Log in seconds

Write a sentence, use the form, or check off today's list. Log one activity for several kids at once.

Step 3

Records build themselves

As you log, records appear in the app. Read a summary first, then email or share when you are ready.

Journal

A journal of what you logged

Browse month by month. Photos and worksheet scans live with the activity. They are stored in the cloud with your account.

Family

One hub for each child

Switch kids with colorful avatars. Tap a child for progress, gradebook, attendance, and their profile.

Records

Records that build as you go

Every log feeds an organized record. Read a summary in the app first, then email or share when you are ready. Automatic emails stay opt-in.

Questions

Short answers

Can I use PebbleTracker on more than one device?

Yes. Your family, logs, activity photos, and worksheet scans are stored in the cloud with your account. Sign in on another phone or tablet and they are there. Child photos for avatars stay on that phone. Records that build as you go are built in the app — they are not stored in the cloud.

Where do photos and worksheet scans go?

Photos you attach to an activity, and worksheet scans, are stored in the cloud with your account so they can show up on every device you use. Child photos you take for avatars stay on that phone.

Do I have to set up a school year before I start?

No. The app opens an academic-year window automatically so you can start logging today. If the dates are wrong, you can change them later in advanced settings.

Can I log the same activity for more than one child?

Yes. Write a sentence, use the form, or check off today's list — and attach it to several children at once when you taught them together.

How do records work?

Every log feeds an organized record that is built in the app. Those records are not stored in the cloud. Read a summary first, then email or share when you are ready. Automatic future emails are opt-in only — never the default.
